Late Cancel Policy – Pulse Fitness
To keep classes fair and accessible for all members — especially during high-demand time slots — the following policies apply:
Standard Classes (Monday–Thursday)
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to class start time
Cancellations made within 6 hours will incur a $12 late cancel fee
High-Demand Classes (Friday & Saturday)
Friday and Saturday classes are typically at or near capacity and often have active waitlists. To ensure availability for members who are ready to attend:
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to class start time
Cancellations made within 4 hours will incur a $12 late cancel fee
Cancellations made within 2 hours of class will incur a $24 charge (equivalent to a drop-in rate)
Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, members may join the waitlist
If a spot becomes available, members will be automatically added to class and notified
Once added, members are responsible for attending unless they remove themselves before the applicable cancellation window
Late cancellations may prevent waitlisted members from attending and result in unused spots in class.
Booking Access Adjustments (Friday & Saturday Classes)
To maintain fairness in high-demand classes, booking access may be limited in cases where last-minute Friday and Saturday cancellations become frequent.
This may include:
Restricting advance booking for Friday and Saturday classes
Limiting booking to same-day availability or waitlist-only access for a set period
These adjustments are intended to ensure that spots remain available for members who are ready to attend.

Class packs will not be charged a fee, but you will forfeit the class. On Friday and Saturdays, the cancellation window shifts to a shorter window of up to 4 hours before the scheduled session time, with a cancellation fee of $12. However, if a Friday or Saturday class is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled session time, the cancellation fee increases to $24.
Personal training sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time may be subject to the loss of that session.
